Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Bench (bench.bizlegal-ai.com), which provides evaluation audits and benchmarks for legal AI systems, operated by BizLegal AI, registered in Israel, Diamonds Exchange, Tuval 23, Ramat Gan, Israel. By using the site or buying a product you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
Order-specific terms (price, scope, delivery) shown at checkout or in a signed order form form part of these terms and prevail where they differ.
Software and information, not legal advice
We provide software and general information. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and using the site or any output creates no attorney-client relationship. Nothing here is a legal opinion or a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Consult a licensed attorney before acting on any output.
AI-generated output
Parts of the service use AI models. AI output is labelled as such, can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may not reflect the law as it applies to you. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it. We do not promise any regulatory, legal, commercial or search outcome.
Your account and your content
Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You keep ownership of everything you submit or upload ("your content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process and analyse your content only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement.
You confirm you have the rights and any notices or consents needed to submit your content, including personal data about other people.
Who owns the output
Once you have paid any fee due, the reports, analyses and other outputs generated for you belong to you, and you may use them for your own business purposes. We keep all rights in the site, the software, our templates, methods, benchmarks and the general know-how used to produce outputs, and we may reuse non-identifying, aggregated learnings. To the extent AI output is not protected by copyright, no party claims exclusive rights in it.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or submit data you have no right to share.
- Do not probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or bypass its security, rate limits or access controls.
- Do not scrape the site or the output at scale, resell the service, or use it to build a competing product, without written permission.
- Do not use the service to harass anyone, send unsolicited messages, or to produce misleading claims presented as legal advice.
- Do not submit malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or that you know to be false.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Payments, renewals and cancellation
Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency stated. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy at /refund.
No warranty
The service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency of the law and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, fines or penalties, or for decisions you make based on output; and (b) our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim, and never more than USD 500.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable right you have as a consumer.
Indemnity
You will compensate us for third-party claims arising from your content or from your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by us.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonable and a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for a discontinued service. Sections on output ownership, no warranty, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date before they apply; continued use after that date means acceptance. Effective date: 2 October 2026.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
