Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summary

Every report, scan and data product is produced for you when you buy it, and producing it costs us money (data sources, computing and AI processing). That is why paid products are not refundable once they are produced, except when they are defective.

  • Defective means: the product was not delivered, does not work for a technical reason, or is materially different from what its page described.
  • Report a defect within 7 days of delivery. We first fix it or produce it again. If we cannot, we refund what you paid for that product.
  • Subscriptions: cancel at any time and no further period is charged. Periods already started or paid are not refunded, except for a defect as above.
  • Setup fees: not refundable once the setup work has started. Where a free check runs before payment and finds nothing to fix, no setup fee is charged at all.
  • Changing your mind, or not using what you bought, is not a defect.
  • Nothing in this policy removes a right that mandatory consumer law gives you where you live.

Bench does not sell any paid product at the moment. Any paid product bought through bizlegal-ai.com follows the policy on that site.

How to cancel

Card and PayPal subscriptions: cancel in your PayPal account under automatic payments, or write to support@bizlegal-ai.com and we will cancel for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

How to request a refund

Write to support@bizlegal-ai.com within 7 days of delivery, with the order email and what is defective. We reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed on the blockchain; an approved refund is paid in the original currency amount to an address you give us, or by another method we agree, and network fees are deducted.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal; most problems are fixed faster that way.

Changes

The policy in force on your purchase date applies to that purchase. Effective date: 2 October 2026.
