Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Bench (bench.bizlegal-ai.com), operated by BizLegal AI, aims to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

Conformance status

Target standard: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Status: partially conformant. Most of the site meets the standard, and the parts listed under "Known limitations" do not yet fully meet it.

What we do

• A "Skip to main content" link as the first keyboard stop, and a visible focus outline on every control.
• Text and controls checked for colour contrast of at least 4.5:1, in light and dark themes.
• Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels for primary controls.
• Motion reduced or removed when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Automated axe-core checks against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rules in our test suite, run before releases.

Known limitations

• Some generated reports and PDF downloads are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us for an accessible version and we will provide one.
• Third-party checkout pages (PayPal, NOWPayments) and security challenges (Cloudflare) are run by those providers and follow their own accessibility practices.
